Who I am and why I build things
I am a self-directed builder moving into Product Research from a non-traditional background. Over the past year and a half in technical support, I have learned what breaks for real users and how to fix it, while building two of my own products on the side, from idea to first sale, entirely on my own.
I did not wait for a title to start doing product work. Competitive analysis, structured customer interviews, funnel design, and shipping, then iterating based on what actually happened instead of what I assumed would happen. That is the muscle I want to bring to a product team.
Three things, one throughline
Flow to Focus
A self-development brand and product built from zero. I write, teach, and sell a productivity framework through a growing content platform. More than 20 guides sold since launch in February 2026, a free video workshop with a companion worksheet driving the funnel, and a print-on-demand physical workbook currently in development. Grew the brand to 2,135 TikTok followers, 619 Instagram followers, and 225 YouTube subscribers, plus a newsletter with more than 100 subscribers, all organically.
AI Startup
Validated a real product gap for ADHD solopreneurs after mapping more than 11 competitors, including Notion, Obsidian, and Mem.ai, and running structured customer discovery calls to confirm the problem before writing any code. Now building the first beta version of the product, following a self-imposed 90-day roadmap from validation to launch, entirely in public.
HMH (NWEA)
Support more than 50 million students and 4 million educators across 150 countries on HMH's K-12 learning platforms. I handle onboarding, troubleshooting, and escalation through Jira and Salesforce, and use the role to sharpen the same problem-solving instincts I apply to my own products.
